On the day after the ordeal...
On 14th April, the day after my dreaded practicum in Jurong Primary School, da da and I went out. It was such a huge joke. We actually planned to go to the Underwater World in Sentosa. Well, we woke up bright and early, and left the home at about 9. Went to my daddy's place for breakfast.

After breakfast, we proceeded to Harbour Front MRT station to transfer to the Sentosa bus. Along the way, the weather was all fine and sunny. However, when we arrived at Harbour Front, we saw that the queue for the stoopid bus was long...And I mean LONG. It was from the bus interchange, all the way to the MRT station! (Let's not forget that there is already a spiral queue INside the interchange..) Why are all these people going to Sentosa? Apart from the fact that it was a nice weather, and that it was a Friday, and that it was a public holiday, and that there are not many places that people can visit in Singapore...Why?

Anyway, knowing me, there is NO WAY that I will go and squeeze with the others just to get into Sentosa. No Way...So, we decided that we should go visit the Asian Civilisation Museum. The one opposite Fullerton. And so, we took the train from Harbour Front to Raffles Place.
Well, then, when we got out of the station, it was raining cats, dogs, hippos, rhinoceroses, bears, lions, tigers, elephants,...you get the idea. Look at the rain... (oh, by the way, in case any of you were wondering, that building that looks like a flying saucer, in case any of you don't know, is our new supreme court. I think it looks like a UFO..) Yup. the museum. So near, yet so far...sheesh.

Naturally, we couldn't go to the museum. I then told da da that it was FATED that we had to go shopping. Not that I wanted to, but it was impossible to go anywhere else that was NOT indoors. haha (just an excuse to go shopping...). Look at how stoned da da looks..haha. And that was how we ended up shopping. Then in the afternoon, I received a call from my aunt, asking if we wanted to meet her for dinner at my favourite "tze cha" stall near my house. I said Ok. And then at 7, we had dinner with my parents, da da, my brother, and my aunt.

After dinner, we refused to go home and just waste the night away. We therefore decided to visit the karaoke at Clementi, after sending my aunt (mama) home.
That was how we spent the day after practicum. Not extremely exciting, but everything is fun when it's done with da da... hee
