Life is short. Play hard and Enjoy it!

Life is really short. This moring, I woke up to see mummy with her eyes bloodshot and red rimmed. One of her colleagues, who has been a very very nice lady (i have known her all my life), has contracted cancer of the stomach. It pains me to hear it too, let alone mummy. It was very shocking news to me, because she always looked in the pink of health whenever I met her. WHo was to expect that she would be ill? Apparently, according to mummy, the signs were there all along. When she eats everytime, she would have a stomachache. All these years, this has happened. But I thought that this was common to many people. A lot of people have to visit the toilet after a meal everytime. I didn't know it was a sign.

Sigh. Life is short. Really, you always hear it, but it never really hit you until someone close to you has a problem. Our life is taken away from us in as abrupt a manner as it was given to us. Please learn to appreciate your life, and the question I think that everyone should ask themselves is "When I am dead, how many people will remember me for the good that I have done, and love me?"

I think at status quo, not many people would for me. However, I will work towards changing the situation. Meanwhile, it's off to shopping. Take care!

Please pray for this aunty of mine. *sob*
