Third May Two Thousand and Six!
Haha. I know. A lame title for the blog entry. But I am really out of names for the entries...
Well. Anyway, today I met Azlin (my NIE mate) for brunch at Jurong Point. We met at 1130, and she decided that she wanted to try the sandwiches at McCafe. And tht was what we had. I ordered a Pesto chicken sandwich set, with a flat white, and she a Tuna sandwich set, with decaf latte with vanilla ( a complicated order..haha).
That's her, playing my phone...as can be seen, she is ever cheeky... (engaged to a handsome guy, no doubt, andvery much in love...)

After eating, we walked around for a while, getting da's new water bottle (Nalgene of course). By the way, those of you carrying the metal bottles, please check inside them for dirt. Da's was so dirty that there was something grimy at the bottom of the bottle. It looks terrible, and god only knows what would happen if he continued drinking from the bottle. Bleah.
Went to collect my Amway goods from the Post Office, and realised I made a stoopid mistake. I thought I ordered a particular facial product, but apparently I didn't. I still paid over $200 for it. There goes one-third of my progress package..sigh.
Anwyay, while walking, I was damn thirsty, because I was suffering from a sore throat. Decided to retutn to McCafe for a drink. Talked non-stop, about practicum, about school, about friends, about the induction in school next week, talk about branded goods, about where to have my wedding dinner, where SHE was going to have her dinner, what brand of a wallet she should get...blah blah blah.
I haven't met her for a long time, and I was worried we may feel awkward. Phooey! Nothing of the sort with Linnie! She is ever chirpy..hee hee..haa haa...ho ho...ha ha....
Ok. After that, I went to mama's house, with the intention of having dinner there, and primarily to see darling vivy. However, when I was there, daddy SMSed me, and said that we would be having dinner together at IMM. *SOB!!! NO VIVY!!!*
While waiting for daddy to come pick Kelvin and I up, we watched Nanny McPhee. It was a really good show..and I particularly loved one line in the show, that made me cry. See, This nanny is a magical Nanny, (somewhat like Supernanny) to teach the brats how to behave. WHen she first came, the brats hated her. She said: "There is something about the way that I work that you have to know. When you need me but do not want me, I will have to stay. When you want me but no longer need me, then I will leave." I thought it was nice, and the statement was charged with emotions particularly at the end, when her job was done, and she had to leave. The show was especially nice, because it was British, and I am a sucker for British English. They speak damn well! Like that of the people in Harry Potter...*Slurp. Delicious*.
My friend Janice SMSed me to say that M:I:3 was a tremendously good show! And I wasn't ready to miss it. (By the way, the show starts today). Believe it or not, I just watched M:I last week, at mama's house. And I borrowed M:I:2 home to watch. And so, I just watched it. I think it's nice. Will probably go and watch M:I:3 next week with my family, and da. WIll let you know how delicious Tom Cruise is in the new episode.
In the end, we went to IMM for dinner. At Long John's Silver. It was nice...despite my having a sore throat..hee hee. I love this picture. Think it's lovely...I always think my family is very loving. Although daddy smokes non-stop although I ask him not to, although kelvin can be damn irritating and insolent at times, although mummy is very naggy and blur. I still love my family.

Look! I finally found my Nike Pegasus cap! Daddy got it for me when I saw it in World Of Sports. I thought it was beautiful when I first saw it in Malaysia. But i didn't get it, and I haven't seeen it since. Grabbed it when I saw it.. ha ha.

I will be getting another pair of Birkies. This pair. I know, plain. But I already have two pairs that are quite loud. I just wanted something plain to go with my plainer clothes...It was a struggle between silver and cherry red, but in the end I decided on this, because it was more versatile.. Yup!
